We're not located within 50 km of Cologne Germany... but we did our best to stick to tradition with 100% German ingredients (other than water) for this Kölsch! Pilsner, Vienna, and Chit malt combine for a clean, crisp, grassy malt flavor. A small addition of Hallertau brings the classic "spicy" flavor of this noblest of the hops!

Very tasty, although maybe a bit sweet for the style. Pear esters, slightly wheaty. Smooth with a very clean finish
