Just in time for autumn, our new oak-aged lager. Brewed with traditional German lager yeast, Pilsner & Vienna malts, wheat, new German style-hops, & conditioned in tank on high-quality oak. The perfect complement to the foods you want to eat as the leaves start to change and there's a fresh nip in the air... somewhere, even if we are in Hong Kong!

Appearance: Bright Pale Gold, fluffy white head
Aroma: Gently Toasted Oak, Light floral notes, soft pear esters and vanilla.
Taste: Clean, subtle earthiness supporting the soft woodiness. Finishes crisp & smooth, with an easy bitterness
