bottle from kihoskh. clear dark orange, like a dark cider, almost no head. tart and sour and sugary malty aroma, the sweeter notes likely from bourbon, aroma is for me somewhere betw a natural cider and a sour beer. Flavor is bitter, soursh, tart, very woody, only hinds of sweet booze. the end, however is clearly with taste of bourbon.Fairly tasty brew, but also a bit rough around the edges, with quite bitter notes from brett and sweet notes from bourbon not really clashing all that well.

Bottle bought @ Etre. Pours hazy burnt orange with a small offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty and tiny funky with crackers, white bread, caramel, charred wood, lemon juice, peaches, vanilla, minerals, hay, glue and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, slightly malty, slightly fruity and slightly funky. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tart and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and sour with white bread, caramel, lemon juice, peaches, apricots, hay, dry soil, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Solid strong sour!
