Old school hops Centennial, Chinook and Mosaic were added in the boil and paired with modern hops Strata & Cryo Cascade as well as Centennial Hyperboost hop oil later on in the dry-hopping phase. The beer's lighter colour is typical to more modern West Coast IPAs and thanks to a touch of oats we're left with a silky soft mouthfeel, which results in an extremely juicy beer.

Golden colour and small white head. Resiny, hoppy aroma. Light-bodied. Grassy, very hoppy flavour. Not malty but school bitter wcipa.

Dry, malty and dankish with some grassy earthiness, loads of pine, resin, herbal notes, hints of fruits, bitterness, mineraly sweetish body. Interesting, quite piney modern west coast IPA

(Keg at Oluthuone Haka, 20260306) The beer poured golden and almost clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citrus fruits, tart fruits, grapefruit and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, citrus fruits, tart fruits, honey, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste had grapefruit, honey and bitterness. A good hoppy brew showing the flavout spectrum from fruitiness to bitterness.
