12 oz. can. Pilsner glass No date coding found on the can. No response from email to Unknown Brewing regarding date codes. A: Not much head atop dark gold/light orange body. Hazy. Not much visible carbonation S: The slightest whiff of orange pith and flesh. Some toasted bread as well. Light smell overall, and more like a pale ale. T: Malty upfront with some sharp hop bitterness. Not altogether citrusy and certainly not piney. Again, not much like an IPA. Unremarkable. M: Light but not watery. More carbonation than is visible. O: OK session ale but I’ve had several lately that are much better IMO. Probably won’t buy this again.

Draft at the source. Bright yellow color, large white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of straw and white pepper. Taste is light and lager like, easy drinking.
