Get ready for a journey into… cursed waters! Alea Brewing Co. joins forces with the amazing taproom Last Row in Maroussi and presents Monkey Island, a 10% Imperial Stout that promises to take you on a dark, delightful adventure.
With a silky texture and medium body, Monkey Island stands out from the first moment with its explosive aromatic palette: freshly ground coffee, rich chocolate and black berries create a storm of aromas that foreshadows what is to come. In the mouth, the experience takes off: full, balanced, with a long aftertaste that keeps all the above notes alive in a delightful, coherent “federation” of flavors.
The label is signed by Symbolic Design Studio, which created a dynamic iconographic universe!

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e la permanenza è lunga e duratura. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di panettone, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia rossa, scamorza affumicata, frutta passita, cherry, pepe nero e uva passa.
