When you really need to get something done, use a bit of Elbow Geese. Our latest West Coast IPA. Assertively bitter, with Amarillo and Tango offering spicey, tropical and orange citrus zest to this sharp elbowed IPA. Put your quack in to it.

Panda at home, thanks to the Bearded Avenger, 26/04/2026.
Clear golden to light copper with a white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is grassy, bitter orange, light pine nibble.
Taste comprises bitter orange, light chalky minerality, grapefruit, pine needle, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close punctured with grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy WC affair.

Can ordered from Elusive. Opaque amber. Thick foamy white head. Aroma has resin with a caramel streak. Herbs. Autumn forest floor. Flavourwise it's very bitter and resinous, which is a tick in the right box. Spice. Underlying malts and hints of fruity sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. I like.
