Collaboration with Odd Otter Brewing. Blended imperial stouts, one aged 18 months in bourbon barrels and the other stainless fermented and aged for 6 months. Conditioned on amburana wood, tonka beans, whole vanilla beans, and finished on locally roasted coffee from Manifesto Coffee.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a transient dark smear. The amburana wood dominates the aroma. Arguably full bodied. Malty and not dry, but far from sticky. Bitterness balance from the wood I think. The flavor is primarily the amburana wood, but there's some coffee in support. Rather pleasing flavor.
