Gohan means “cooked rice” in Japanese and that’s exactly what we did. We crafted a super crispy and easy drinking lager with Rice and Pilsner malt, and Saaz hops. This beer might just be the spirit bomb, just Saiyan.

Pale yellow with a medium sized white head. Citric, perfumey and a tough grainy with a hint of cooked rice. Medium finish and body.
