Celtic Knot is an easy drinking Irish Ale to usher in springtime. It was brewed using the second runnings from our Anniversary barleywine; a process called "parti gyle" brewing. Its characteristic dry and lightly roasted finish comes from a light-handed addition of roasted barley.
