Yorkshire Peppermint Porter is a dark brew loaded with wintry flavor. Meant to evoke a cool mint, sweet treat, we loaded this up with a pound of dried peppermint, five pounds of cacao nibs (the shells of raw chocolate), and a couple dozen high quality (read: EXPENSIVE!) vanilla beans. What started as a mild English Porter is now a fresh, mint chocolate concoction meant to make visions dance in your head until the fat guy shows up.
