A roasty brew with some bittersweet chocolate and
caramel flavors combined with Blackstrap molasses that provides a little residual sweetness. Being an American Stout, we generously hop it with Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade hops that provide a light citrus aroma and flavor. It also sports a thick creamy brown head!
And who said beer wasn't good for ya! Molasses provides no less than 20% of the US RDA for Calcium, Iron, and Potassium. Drink up you health nuts!

Draft at the source. Dark clear maroon color, solid beige head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of coffee grounds, powdered unsweetened cocoa. Taste is bone dry cocoa and coffee. Delicious.

Honest stout, great roast and great balance between roast, nut and light dark chocolate. Appropriately bitter with slight note of caramel. Faint hint of coffee, pours black with reddish tint in light. Mocha coloured lace/head. Tap at Brewpub.

Draft at the source. Poured a dark, black-brown color. Aroma was nice roasted malt notes, some roast, chocolate malt. Creamy, enjoyable, though this batch was a bit bitter for my tastes. Body and head more than make up for that though. Very nice looking beer.
