Our brown porter is an easy drinking beer that full of chocolate flavor with a subtle roasted character in support. It’s on the upper end of the scale for a porter in strength and bitterness.
We use a mix of English and domestic pale malt with a generous helping of chocolate malt, a touch of English crystal, and special roast malt. We then mix it up a bit with American Columbus hops and English Challenger to finish. We hope you enjoy it!
