This is Bavarian style which a light and refreshing beer enjoyed in the summertime. The signature of a Hefeweizen is its distinctive banana and clove aroma and fruity flavors from the yeast. It is also cloudy due to the use of wheat malt and yeast left in suspension.

Chlorophenolic aroma. Clear golden, thin head. Medicinal green apple. Light body, easy carbonation.

Draft at the source. Cloudy pale yellow color. Aroma of bubblegum! really pops, with citrus and banana.Taste has sour banana, light grapefruit.

Lots of banana, lots of clove, excellently executed for style, finishes with some bread and light banana peel. Great summer aroma with light sourness and some sugar. Pours pale cloudy grapefruit in colour with sediment. Tap at Brewpub.

Draft at the source. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma was light grain, wheat notes. Flavor was light wheat. Refreshing, but not my favorite from them.
