To Celebrate our 30th birthday, we invited 30 brewers who have once worked at TBK - over the last 3 decades - to help us collab on our special release, "Take 30" which is releasing this week! This special IPA may in fact be one of the most special beers we have produced at TBK.... the passion, the comradery and memories can be enjoyed in every sip as we celebrate 30 years of excellent beer, food and culture.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 8
On draught at Broken Rocks Cafe. Clear golden color with a medium frothy off-white head that diminishes quickly to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with a dank hoppy character and notes of grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
