Can to becher glass. Consumed on 05/07/2023.
Appearance: yellow color with some transparency and a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: subtle lemony tones, mixed citrusy zest, some floral, herbal and earthy hoppy tones in the middle then a nice biscuity malty tone underneath
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine hop spiced & zesty vibe to a mild malty backing; finishes leaning into the malts first then a subtle pop from those hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good amount of smoothness along the tongue
Overall: I can see this as a New Zealand pilsener and I would welcome this again.
