Draft at the source. Hazy amber color, thick tan head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of lemon bread. Taste is toasted caramel.

Draft - Light grains and caramel. Amber with a good beige head. Lots of caramel, some grain and an out of black bitterness. The hops don’t partake much if any flavour, but still significantly bitter. Less bitterness more flavor.

On tap at brewpub. Pours a clear copper with a small off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is raisin malt and caramel. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet malt and raisin with a light crisp finish. Easy to drink a very good amber ale from Freetail.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a mostly clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Caramel malt and mild hops aroma. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, hops and caramel. The finish is clean and malty with a short hops aftertaste. Straightforward, average Amber overall.
