Proper Potion Double IPAs are different than any IPA we've made before, bending toward enchanting. We've stirred up an entirely re-invented grain bill leaning on Pilsen malt with a healthy dose of oat malt joining the solution. With predominately New Zealand hops integrated into these hazy concoctions, the hop blends exude depth and complement a bold 8.7% ABV. Pacific Sunrise hops permeate Proper Potion #1, which exudes lemony citrus and tropical mango notes rounded out by lightly floral berries and pine.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: big hazy burnt orange color with a finger's worth of white frothy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemony hop tones with some piney to grapefruity hops then under that subtle floral to sweet grassy hop tones; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet juicy tone to a lovely combined bittersweet juicy quality; finishes juicy through the lemony to grapefruity to floral hop tones
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; great smoothness with a long juicy vibe to it
Overall: wow, what a NEDIPA! That's one I need to come back to.
