Our Luminous IPA series is an experimental group of beers that explores different hop profiles and synergies using the same grain bill with different hop combinations. Luminous #5 is brewed and opulently dry-hopped with Strata hops, which invoke flavors of tropical fruits, grapefruit, and cannabis.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick hazy orange coloe with a finger's worth of white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grapefruit, piney, melon, dark berries and a slight danky/hemp-like tone through the hops; light malts
Flavor: does a very nice job of meshing the prior noted aromas to a fine fully cohesive bittersweet quality; finishes piney, melon-like and a little bit of dark berries
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, great smoothness while keeping the carb low and the hop bitterness low as well.
Overall: yesssssss! Now we're definitely moving!
