Draft at the Endeavour taproom, The Rocks, Sydney. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is pure passionfruit. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, fresh, tart passionfruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Simple but effective.
