Draft at the Endeavour taproom, The Rocks, Sydney. Poured a clear dark brown colour with an everlasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is nutty, chocolate. The flavour is moderate sweet and liquorice bitter, with a smooth, somewhat light, red berry fruit, earthy, dry, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied worn average to soft carbonation.
