No way is this an IPA in the traditional sense. Strong old style IPA aroma, no BO in this one and I’m glad of it. Slight haze on a pale yellow beer. White head. Not real bitter on the commencement. Decent co2 makes it friendly fer sure. Much better sizzle than most IPA. Yes, the bitterness is not offensive nor mouth coating., Refreshing for a lager lover int he IPA style. Could be a well mannered APA for that matter. Does remain civilized and well mannered, not overpowering probably what I think IPA should be like my friend.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with bone white head. Nose/taste of tropical fruit, grass, resin, light caramel malt, touch of perfume and orange marmalade on toast. Lighter bodied.

Draft at Churchkey. Clear goldenention and lacing. color, huge cream colored head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of earthy scallions, garlic, lemon. Taste is bitter, balanced, herbal. Very nice.

Pours gold into a shaker. Off-white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Caramel and tropical fruit aromas. Medium bodied with tropical fruit and resin front to back.

4 oz draft pour at ChurchKey. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lemon, floral notes, citrus. Tastes of tropical fruit, mango, floral notes, citrus. Medium body with a dry finish. Juicy mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Very enjoyable, very tropical/mango forward IPA.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run, opened 8/26/14. Pours a clear amber color with a large foamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of spicy, peppery, vegetal hops and caramel malt. The taste is caramel malt, lemon, spicy, peppery hops. Thin-medium bodied, moderate lingering bitterness, dry.

Very nice and well put together with grapefruit fresh hop top and light bitter finish. Pours amber with good head and lacing. Some malt presence. Tap at Churchkey.

12 ounce bottle. Honey gold color. Small rocky beige head. Fragrant pine hop aroma. Bittersweet malt flavor with intense pine hops upfront. Notes of tropical fruit and toasted malt. Finish is dry and crisp.

Aroma: The aroma is fresh citrus and tropical fruit, with some resiny hops and cereal/toast
Appearance: Pours a clear golden-orange color with a small, fizzy head and light lace
Flavor: The flavor is lightly sweet, but mostly it has clean hop bitterness
Palate: The body is light-medium, with a lively carbonation, and a clean, dry finish
Overall Impression: This is pretty interesting one. I found the aroma to be the most enjoyable part of the beer, but the beer as a whole is quite nice. Well done here.

An excellent old school IPA +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark amber color with a huge creamy-fluffy orange-white head that towered over the glass, lingered forever and left great lacing. The aroma was bitter and tart with strong grapefruit and a bit of lemon and pepper. The flavor was strong grapefruit - bitter yet sweet with lemon and more grapefruit. Long grapefruit finish. Medium body. Quite nice.
