La Super DIPA est notre série de Double New England IPA ultra puissantes et massivement houblonnées. Cette deuxième itération a été brassée dans le cadre de la Phantasm Cup qui se déroulera chez Other Half Brewing Company. Cette compétition mets en avant l’utilisation du Phantasm et des levures thiolysantes.
Houblonnée avec Riwaka, Waimea, Manilita, NZ Cascade T90 et SubZero Hop Kief, elle intègre également le Phantasm, une poudre de raisins Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc riche en thiols. Cette combinaison favorise la thiolyse, une biotransformation qui amplifie les arômes explosifs de fruits tropicaux.

Murky yellow colour and medium-sized white head and lace. Grapefruity, passionfruity nose with some straw. Medium-bodied. Medium-bodied. Grapefruit, mango, passionfruit in the flavour. Semi-sweet. Good.
