Founded by Staphylos, son of Dionysus, the god of wine and revelry in mythology, and known in antiquity as Peparethos, we bring the millennia-old feasting tradition of Skopelos to the present day with the beer of the same name. This deep-rooted Aegean heritage gives way to our new favorite, Babysimou, as we turn our course to the Mediterranean, referencing the magical moment when the goddess Aphrodite was born from the sea foam on the shores of Cyprus. Blending the joyful feasts of Skopelos and Dionysus with the elegance and passion of Aphrodite in Babysimou, we bring together two giants of mythology at one table.
