50% wheat malt, 25% rye malt, 25% barley malt. Saphir hop in the kettle and whirlpool (T90 and T45); Citra T90, Cryo and Hyperboost hop oil in the two dryhops. Fermented with a German Hefeweizen Ale yeast, from a renowned Bavarian wheat beer brewery.
