750mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque dark golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is bright, with loads of fruity notes, brett, and spicy notes. Flavour is very bretty and spicy, with moderate funk, light citrus, zesty notes and almost oaky notes. Quite dry, funky and spicy. Wonderfully balanced and highly drinkable. Excellent beer.

One mile house nyc: pours light brown with a off-white head. Aroma is funky brett, loads of earthiness. Taste is wicked earthy. Funky catpiss. Earthy aftertaste. Pretty good, but perhaps a tenny bit underwhelming.

Bottle in Vail with jcnielsen. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with a bit fluffy cream head. Caramel, grass, light funk, hay, weedy, light citrusy aroma. Very herbal and grassy flavor. Some floral notes. A little thick. Light caramel and toasted malts. I didn’t get brett. Disappointing.

750 ml bottle with a date on the label reading Bottled 10/2014. Purchased at Binny’s for $9.99, Lincoln Park location. Amber type color with lively carbonation producing a thick pillow of white head. Aroma displays herbal tones with light crisp citrus hops.
Flavor is along the lines of the aroma, earthy yeast and herbal notes right up front. Citrus and floral hops with a touch of pepper round out the flavors. Body is on the lighter side with zesty pepper tang after the sip. I don’t get any funk notes at all which makes this a winner for me. But it does have a nicely dry texture. Very quaffable.

Whole lemon, lesser horse blanket accents.Clear amber, medium head. Funk is more prominent and phenolic, almost antiseptic. Lemon notes take on a more overripeness. Light body, crisp, clean.

Draft at ChurchKey on my birthday! Poured a nice dark orange copper color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some nice hearthy and herbal notes. Some floral character comes through. Light bretty funk, dry character comes through on the finish. Some light tropics.

From the December 2014 3R6P tasting. +++ Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a small soapy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy cactus, pine and catbox. The flavor was sweet and tangy with sugar and notes of pine, catbox and citrus. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.
