Brewed with continental Pilsner malt and noble hops and fermented cool with a
traditional yeast strain from Cologne, Germany, this bright and refreshing blonde ale is
crisp and dry with a floral and subtly fruity finish.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: clear yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: woody/grassy hop spices, subtle yeast, light cracker malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine malty to semi-hoppy light spicy sort of quality; finishes leaning into the malts and a touch of stickiness
Texture: light bodied; very sessionable; extremely smooth along the tongue
Overall: I'd say this works as a blonde ale and it's for a good cause. I'd return to this most likely on a hot Summer's day.
