The final piece of our “Mash Up the Cores” series and a question we never thought to ask: "has anyone ever intentionally made a hazy pilsner before?" Well, we have, and we’re filing for divorce from tradition.
We took the crisp, noble soul of our Luminosity pilsner and force-fed it the juicy, saturated haze of our Super Saturation hazy pale ale. The result is a beautifully confused beer where classic German pilsner malt meets a riot of Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops. It’s clean, yet clouded. Crisp, yet bursting with tropical fruit. A disciplined chaos in a glass.
Clarity is overrated. Flavour is not.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy pale straw colour with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, grapefruit, mango and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of biscuity pale malt, mandarin orange, mango, papaya, blueberry and herbal hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Juicy, clean and refreshing. An excellent Pilsner.
