Dry hopped honey saison.
The Tie Dye evolution of our Butterfly series introduces honey to deepen the beer's complexity and create a layer of transformation. During secondary fermentation, Brettanomyces and honey work together to shape an ever-changing profile that continues to develop as the beer ages. Before packaging, we add a final dry hop to round out both flavor and aroma. Motueka and Saaz hops were chosen specifically to complement the floral, nuanced character of the Ethiopian Geteme honey. Just as bees and butterflies both pollinate, each playing a different but harmonious role, every ingredient in this beer contributes its own character, coming together in a balanced, vibrant expression of the series.
Unique Ingredient: Ethiopian Geteme honey
Age Before Bottling: 6 months
Culture: SACCHAROMYCES, BRETT CLAUSSENII
ABV: 8.8%
Bottled: 10/21/2025
