Can from Market Basket enjoyed at home.
Pours a brilliant deep gold color with a decent sized white head that persists. Bready toasty maltiness with earthy floral citrus to counter. Pretty decent quaffer.

Golden yellow with moderate white head. Apple/orange, caramel malt, and grass aroma. Moderately sweet caramel malt and mildly bitter weedy grass flavor. Okay body.

12 ounce can from Trenton Road Takeout. Medium gold pour. Fluffy white head. Mild grainy malt aroma has grassy notes. Flavor is light, crisp and malty. Some herbal hop notes. Well balanced and quaffable.

12 oz can from my brother. Aroma is doughy, floral, metallic (fleeting), coconut, caramel, roasted grain. Pours nearly clear golden with a half finger bone-white head that settles into a ring fairly quickly. Taste is sweet and peppery, finishing dry. I drank one of these straight out of the can last weekend and I wasn’t impressed at all. It seemed like your typical boring golden ale. Drinking it out of a glass really opens it up, revealing some previously hidden nuances.

Bought locally, canned March 9th 2026.
Pours a clear gold with over a finger of foam. Retention and lacing are excellent.
The smell is malty with grain, some sweet notes, hint of bread.
The taste is grain, sweet malt, light bread and hop bitterness. The finish goes all neutral and borders on watery.
Light bodied, I reckon that I don't need to buy this again.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is a neutral grain with some fruity pebbles. Flavor is more neutral grain with some fruit stripe gum. Finish is gone quickly. Easy to drink but not much beyond that.

Clear gold. One finger white head. Grainy, bready. Very mild hops. It’s not bad. It’s better than most of the macro beers, but I’m still not sure why this beer needs to exist.
