Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a hazy dark brown colour with a thin off white head. The aroma is roasty. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, with a smooth, light, roasty, earthy, floral, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. No vanilla and mildly infected I’m sad to say.
