The Oldrich is our take on a Czech-style pilsner. Brewed with Bohemian malt and hopped with Czech Sazz, our pilsner is light with a long subtle bitter aftertaste and a floral aroma.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, herbal, floral. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a surprisingly smooth, fresh, yeasty, dry, hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. It grew on me! Quite sessionable.
