Poured from a can stamped "project phoenix initiated 01/01/26" into a willi becher pint glass.

Pours a semi hazy translucent gold with with two and half fingers of foamy white head which receded to leave rings of sticky lacing

The aroma is light underripe pineapple, floral, mint and lime

Taste resembles the aromas, under ripe pineapple and lime and citrus zest making a borderline tartness.

Very light drinking, light in body and soft carbonation leaves a drying experience. The tartness and mild bitterness lend to a long finish that touches the sides of the back of your tongue.

Overall this is mild for the style, kind of lacking and bland after the up front flavors. The tart and bitterness take over and really nothing else is there to balance. With so many beers of this style available I'd probably reach for something else.
