This is our spin on the classic American style pilsner. It combines the crispness of our traditional lagers with the floral bouquet of West coast hops to create a true session pilsner bier. Prost!

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: copper color with a three finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did light messy lace formed
Aroma: citrusy, floral and piney sweet and bitter hops play with a light bready malt base
Flavor: wraps up the previously noted aromas to a keen crisp sweet & bitter toned quality; finishes crisp, clean and bittersweet with a touch more piney-ness than the floral & citrusy qualities
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue as the hops seem to play it cool and more or less just slide off as the beer gets sipped
Overall: I believe this was the start of IPL's for Von Trapp and it wasn't end of Von Trapp doing them. I would come back to this if they brought this back but part of me thinks this may have been used to do in a re-creation in the "Cellar Series: West Coast Pils."
