500ml can. Jet black colour with late awakening, average, thick, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, dark beige head. Rather cautious, sweet-ish, caramel malty and slightly roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of toffee, some coffee, a touch of liquorice, minimally herbal and resinous-piney hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty and slightly bitter, roasty as well as slightly chocolately, dark malty, notes of toffee, dark caramel, some coffee, chocolate, a touch of treacle, resinous, piney hoppy overtones.
Oily to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy and cloying palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Excellent mouthfeel, balanced and harmonious composition, very smooth and homogeneous, but overall a bit cautious - fine.

Can at the studio in Gabrovo - picked up from Nosferatu in Sofia. Pours black- down with a slight, creamy beige topping. Medium sweet flavour with rich, layered dark malts, a little molasses, good roast, cocoa, raisins. Full bodied, lightly oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Mellow warmth to finish, some sticky burnt sugars, earthy hops. Very, very tasty.
