La Mujō (impermanence) est un hybride entre un saké et une saison fermière houblonnée, conditionnée en bouteille. Bière rafraîchissante et sèche, elle présente des notes fruitées, florales et ‘phénolées’ substiles. Cette bière bénéficera d’une mise en cellier.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some hay, rustic farmhouse notes, and a touch of spirit (from the sake yeast). Flavour is really dry, with farmhouse yeast, hay, straw, and a nice hefty carb. Dry, nice use of the yeast, and well-carbed. Very good.
