Imperial Stout with Coconut & Vanilla
Taking our original 2019 Macaroon and turning it up to eleven, this collaboration with @theveilbrewing is a big, bold, dessert-forward stout. Toasted and candied coconut, soft vanilla, and hints of dark chocolate and caramel greet the senses, followed by medium sweetness balanced with light bitterness. Velvety and indulgent, it finishes long with coconut and chocolate notes that keep you coming back for more.

500 ml bottle from Half Time, 4/19/26. Dark brown color, thin head. Fairly sweet, vanilla, coconut, toasted nuts, grains, and dark chocolate.

Oil black with minimal brown head. Coconut, vanilla, caramel, chocolate malt, and dry hay aroma. Moderately sweet toasted coconut, vanilla caramel, chocolate fudge malt, and mildly bitter dry grass and alcohol flavor. Full body. Excellent.
