A bolder, more decadent evolution of our 2019 release, Danish Guy, this collaboration with @eviltwinbrewingnyc cranks up the flavors for a truly indulgent experience. Bottled 375ml. -from Trillium Canton. Pitch black coloured, minimal brownish head, sweet chocolate pancake in the nose. Sweet malty, chocolate, cinammon, vanilla, alcohol and sweet finish. Like a liquid pancake and a way too sweet.

Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a black with a dark brown head that dissipates that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma is almond forward with vanilla, dark grains and a bit of cinnamon coming through. Flavor has dark chocolate and vanilla with some almond with a bit of cinnamon in the finish.

Oil black with no head. Cinnamon, vanilla, fudge, caramel malt, pecan, and hay aroma. Very sweet vanilla, cinnamon, pecan, chocolate caramel malt, and mildly bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Full body.

500 ml bottle split with Mike from Half Time delivery, 3/22/26. Dark brown color, thin head. Huge, sweet aroma, almond cookies, cinnamon sugar, vanilla. Boat load of flavor. Very sweet. Rich, smooth. Absolute banger, but you have to be in the mood for sweet.
