Appearance: semi-cloudy orange to copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: wet grains, floral/lemony hops then a pop of lime coming in for balance
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet fruity tone to a bittersweet quality; finishes semi-crisp with some lime
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; clean smoothness and good carb level
Overall: it works as a Kolsch and the lime seemed nice to blend in.
