伊勢角屋麦酒・山宮氏の代表作のTriple IPA「脳がとろけるウルトラヘブン 3xIPA」のレシピを参考にさせていただき、私たちなりのTriple IPAを醸造しました。
昨年新たに登場したばかりのKrushホップ（旧HBC586）をメインホップに初めて採用。発酵中と発酵後の2段階に分けて、KrushおよびKrush Cryoを贅沢にドライホップしました。さらに、発酵中にはDynaBoost Citra、発酵後にはHyperBoost Mosaicも加え、複層的で力強いアロマとフレーバーを引き出しています。
みかんのようにジューシーな柑橘系のアロマと、IPA好きにはたまらないダンクな香り。口に含むと、マンゴーを思わせるトロピカルなフルーツ感が広がり、しっかりとしたボディとともに長く心地よい余韻が続きます。

This is the first time we've used Krush hops (formerly HBC586), which were just released last year, as the main hop. We dry-hopped Krush and Krush Cryo in two stages, during and after fermentation. In addition, we added DynaBoost Citra during fermentation and HyperBoost Mosaic after fermentation to bring out complex and powerful aromas and flavors.
It has a juicy citrus aroma like mandarin oranges and a dank aroma that IPA lovers will love. When you put it in your mouth, the tropical fruitiness reminiscent of mango spreads, and the solid body and long, pleasant aftertaste continue.
