Nelson Sauvin hits your tastebuds with ripe guava, white wine, and a touch of ganja, while Citra, Idaho 7 and Simcoe add layers of blueberry, orange, and a resinous, woody, winter-esque finish. Moderate bitterness lingers on the tongue and bone dry fermentation lets the hops shine though.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with light earth. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger.
