We brewed Appreciate The Privilege To Play with The Seed as a reminder of why we do this in the first place. This is our take on a modern Triple NEIPA — built for saturation, not sharpness.
We fermented with Conan to push that plush, fruit-forward character and laid down a glowing golden haze that telegraphs what’s coming. Citra and Motueka form the backbone: lime zest, white grape, and layered tropical citrus. Then we leaned into Citra and Motueka Abstrax hop oils to intensify those exact expressions — mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus candy — without stacking bitterness.
This isn’t about bite. It’s about texture. It’s about hop aroma turned all the way up while bitterness stays soft and polished. At 10% ABV, it drinks composed and intentional — saturated, expressive, and built to showcase how far New Jersey hop craft can go when we get to play.

Draft at Maloney's, 3/16/26. Fully hazy yellowish color, white head, moderate lace. Papaya, passion fruit, and peach. Fairly juicy, somewhat sweet. ABV is noticeable but not overwhelming. Fun beer.
