IPAssion Parrot is a fruit-infused NEIPA with lots of juicy passion fruit and a soft, hazy body. Brewed with pilsner, Munich, wheat and oat malts, which give it body and a slight sweetness. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc, which contribute notes of citrus, tropical fruit, white wine and flowers. Low bitterness and fresh acidity make it extremely easy to drink – almost like an alcoholic multi-fruit juice.

refreshing very ripe fruity but also quenching, crisp, mineral watery aroma.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque dark orange with an odd, greasy, roughish head. Tropical fruit aroma, hard to say if it's from the hops or from the passionfruit juice. Medium body, very fruity and now with distinct notes of passionfruit. Also quite a massive tartness as passionfruit is 2-3 pH - brewers tend to forget that! No real bitterness. More interesting than good. 110426

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of passion fruit, citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of passionfruit, citrus fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. 6/1/7/3/13
