Almanya'nın Bamberg şehrinden dünyaya yayılan is kokulu bir klasik olan Rauchbier stiline 3 Kafadar yorumu kattık.

Kayın ağacı dumanıyla kurutulmuş maltlardan gelen tütsü aromaları, maltın karamelize tatlılığı ile dengelenirken ortaya 5% alkol oranında barbeküyle dost, karakteri güçlü bir bira ortaya çıkardık. Koyu kahverengi rengi ve karakteristik is aromasıyla ilk yudumda şaşırtıyor, sonra ardı ardına içiliyor.

Izgaralarla, tütsülenmiş etlerle ve güçlü peynirlerle arası pek iyi olan biramız tek başına da kamp ateşinin yanında anlatılacak hikâyelere iyi eşlik edecektir.

As 3 Kafadar, have given our own interpretation to Rauchbier, a classic beer with a smoky aroma that originated in Bamberg, Germany and spread worldwide.

The smoky aromas from malts fumed with beechwood are balanced by the caramelized sweetness of the malt, resulting in a strong-charactered beer with 5% alcohol, perfect for barbecues. Its dark brown color and characteristic smoky aroma surprise you with the first sip, then you'll want to drink it again and again.

This beer pairs well with grilled meats, smoked meats, and strong cheeses, but it's also a great accompaniment to stories told around a campfire.

Dark brown colour and medium-sized beige head. Wood smokey aroma. Light-bodied. Smoked ham flavour, oily palate, some bitterness in the finish. Light Rauchbier.

17/3/2026. Bottle from Kurt Wine Collection, Antalya. Pours well enough. This is not a style of beer I generally enjoy and hadn’t realised what it was when buying it. Aroma is overwhelmingly of smoked mackerel, with some ham hock and campfire but the mackerel is a constant throughout. Taste is smoked, fishy, oysters. A bit of singed plastic. Moderate body, oily (fish oil?), quite lively. Not really something I enjoyed, much as I tried.
