Can from the lcbo.
Nice amber pour, with an ample white head. A surprisingly nice aroma, green hops, good citrus notes, and an all around fresh bright hoppiness. The flavor is where this goes south. A distinct wet paper flavor, and the hops taste like citrus flavored candies. Its sweet, and a tad cloying, the finish is dry, and there is hardly any bitterness, actually, nevermind hardly, there is NO bitterness. Meh, i woudlnt buy again.

Bottle. Pours nearly clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, fruit and yeast, wuth mild citric touches. Citric flavour with bitter notes of metal and hops and fruity and malty touches. Estery and acidic aftertaste. Drinkable but a poor example of the style.

Can 473ml @ Hotel room, Weber’s, Ann Arbor, MI
Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, orange and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long caramel, orange and floral finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

A clear, dark golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is lightly malty and bready, with a touch of grass and metal. Some fruity, piney hops and some canned tropical fruits. It’s full to medium bodied, semi-sweet and with a nice carbonation level. Some bitterness going on, but I’d like more to deal with the malts. Grass, pine cones and tropical fruits too. Medium length finish. Lacks on bitterness this one, else it’s a decent one. I’d prefer it less malty though. 150615

Can at DC Pre-Thanksgiving tasting. Poured a hazy fizzy yellow color with a small foamy white head. Aroma was caramel, malt, notes of light hops. Flavor was similar. I was really hoping for a nice galaxy character to this, but it was just earthy. What a waste.

Can at the RateBeer DC Tasting. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of malt, caramel, butterscotch. Tastes of malt, caramel, butterscotch. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Where’d the hops go?

Even worse than their other single hop stuff. Why bother guys? Really, why? There’s some faint hope of hops bit nothing shocking in this galaxy. Tall can o love

Caramel and toffee coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of earth, caramel, toffee, nuts, alcohol and very little else - not much hops in this one at all. Light-bodied; Slightly nutty flavour with some citrus and a lot of malt with literally, no hops at all. Aftertaste is mild with just malt and alcohol coming through the toffee and nutty bitterness. Overall, this one is just plain bad - no hops, no depth, no complexity and only showing nuts and bitterness from toffee - not pleasant and definitely not worth trying nor returning home with! I sampled this 473 mL can purchased from Au Coin Duluth in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on 20-September-2014 for CA$3,19 sampled back at home in the states here in Washington on 02-November-2014.
