An exciting #IWD26 brew in collaboration with Crafty Beer Girls sees us create our first ever Gruit, with a twist! Inspired by a fusion of medieval and modern recipes we've brought together a fascinating concoction of herbs and spices. The addition of sumptuous dark malts, blackberries, elderberries and a sprinkling of Bramling Cross hops give this beer earthy forest fruit flavours and a vibrant claret hue. 50p from each can sold will be donated to freedom4girls.co.uk.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. nose is blackberry jam, blueberry, liquorice toffee, caramel. Taste is lots of jammy dark fruits, heather, more liquorice toffee, light herbs Jammy sweet & lightly tart.
