We duct-taped the NOS button down and blasted a dense fog of Nectaron, Simcoe, and Strata directly into the fermenter, unleashing a blast of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and sticky, high-octane dankness. Soft, full-bodied, and smoother than 27 perfectly timed shifts, this beer goes from zero to juicy in no time. No brakes. No understanding of physics, consequences, or why there’s three T66 turbos bolted onto our brew kettle.
