Can to tulip.
Appearance: bronzed amber semi-hazy color with a lasting quarter finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated at a fairly slow pace and ended up leaving just a little bit of lace
Aroma: red raspberry sweet and tart whiffs, lactic/yogurty/sour backings and a touch of tea biscuits at the end
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sour to tart to sweet quality; finishes raspberry/yogurty sour vibed
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability to this; light smoothness and a little bit of pucker but it was slightly nice pucker - maybe more of a twang/slightly tart to it
Overall: pretty nicely done kettle sour I would welcome again in warmer weather.
