Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: pours pitch black and stays pitch black in the glass with a quarter finger's worth of tan foamy head which hung around for a little bit before totally dieing off and barely leaving any lace
Aroma: sweet coffee, roasted coffee, sweet earthy tones, touch of woody and/or bark tones and some wet grains
Flavor: encompasses a blend of the prior noted aromas to a bitter to roasty to sweet quality; finishes coffee forward - slightly sweet & kinda roasty
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability to this; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: I say pretty nicely done coffee porter worthy of coming back to.
