Chinook is one of our favourite US hops and we hope you’ll see why in this beer. It opens with an inviting aroma of candied pineapple and zesty orange before diving into a deep, resinous flavour profile. You’ll find that classic backbone of pine and grapefruit, but it’s softened by tropical fruit and bitter orange. It is exceptionally well-balanced and dangerously moreish, hitting that sweet spot between old-school bitterness and new-school fruitiness.

From a 440ml can on 20/3/2026 (purchased directly from the brewer). Pours a hazy deep golden with a medium head. The nose is a mix of tropical and citrus fruit, with some zesty and pine notes. Tastes of pine orange, lemon and grapefruit, leading into a lovely firm hoppy bitterness, that features equal amounts of grapefruit, resin and pine. Silky mouthfeel with average carboantion. This is a cracker - long, intense, balanced, mutli-faceted and super satisfying.
